1. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase if it is unused, unworn, undamaged, and still has all original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return:
Contact our Customer Service at 01142684466 to begin your return.
You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Customer Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, a change of mind or wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Mokhmal-Paid Returns: If the return is due to our mistake (for example, a wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your bank account, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay within 5 business days after the return is received and approved.
Note: A 3% handling fee applies to orders canceled that were paid by credit card.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please place a new order through our website after your return is processed.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
3. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, contact our Customer Service right away. We will correct the mistake and send the correct items at no additional cost to you.
