3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within [ 24 hours] of placing it by contacting our Customer Service at 01142684466.

3.2 Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within [14 days] of purchase if they are in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product).
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to our error.
Refunds will be processed to only through Bank accounts or Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay within [ 5 business days] of receiving the returned item.
To exchange for a different item, please place a new order on our website.

3.3 Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send you a replacement as soon  as possible.

3.4 Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
